Overall, Fated is a satisfying read. Evil twin, I liked. Together, all three are apart of an ancient prophecy. Gasping when I stare into a pair of icy blue eyes banded by brilliant flecks of gold that shine like kaleidoscopes, reflecting my image thousands of times. The way she writes in itself, feels magical, it really sucks you right into the story your reading. Maybe I’m just one odd fish out of the water.

Surely you have grasped how alsyon this book is with it! The Soul Seekers 4 books. When it comes to a series, I think it’s generally unfair to judge the first book too harshly for having a slow start, because all of that exposition has to happen somewhere.
And all her behaviors and anger dated outcome of the horrible visions she experienced. Either she describes things too much or she couldn’t describe it enough. I’ll just sum the damn book into one simple picture since a picture is worth a thousand words.
Born and raised in Orange County, California, she’s lived in both Mykonos and Manhattan and is now settled in Southern California where she’s working on her next book. The Soul Seekers Series
An epic battle is on the horizon and the end of the world looms near. I did, however, appreciate that there was no hint of a love triangle involving Cade and his twin, Dace — at least from Daire’s point of view. It was different from the razzle-dazzle I’m used to in a noell way. I was disappointed with lack of actions in this book although it contains some shocking moments of surprise and occurrence of few unexpected events that will keep you going through the pages. What I liked about this book was how different it was and the mythology aspect. I’m from a rez near Santa Fe have a Narragansett name?! Jul 31, Nic marked it as to-read. I liked that different setting dammit! Most teenagers would be completely thrown by the revelations that Daire has to quickly take on board, but her background travelling the world means that she is used to change and instability.
Basically, this book was a waste of time. It isn’t ‘rubbish’ or ‘overly terrible’, it’s more of a ‘good’ or ‘hmmm, that was okay’, kind of book. Its another thing to throw yourself blindly into somebody’s arms, based on only they’re “smoking hot face” and a “radiating glare of kindness and love shooting from their eyes.
Dace was soft and compassionate, representing light and good, Cade was more cunning and manipulative, messenger of dark and evil. I’ve said a bit more in my full review at http: I did find myself wishing, however, that there had been a little more of a pay off for the long introduction when the meat of the story finally began. They sound a little awkward. I do recommend that you try this out when it is released, who knows fatde might even like it.
The blurb was very intriguing and the subjects xlyson prophecies, fate and philosophy usually fascinate me.
There on the dusty plains of Enchantment, New Mexico, Daire sets out to harness her mystical powers. Daire and Dace’s attraction is fated before they even meet, and so there is no slow build-up to romance in the novel, or even to friendship. Overall, Fated is a satisfying read.
